promoterai-torch

promoterai-torch is a PyTorch port of PromoterAI, a deep learning model that predicts the regulatory impact of promoter DNA variants on gene expression. It is numerically equivalent to the official TensorFlow release on both track prediction and variant scoring, and is architecturally compatible with common implementations of DeepLIFT/SHAP.
