gkmsvm-lite

gkmsvm-lite is an integrated Python package for gapped k-mer support vector machines (gkm-SVMs). It provides Numba/NumPy, MLX, and CuPy backends for fast training, inference, and interpretation on CPUs and Apple and NVIDIA GPUs, and can import/convert pretrained models from gkm-svm, deltaSVM, and LS-GKM.
